i had a super successful shopping stop at forever21 this week, with this netted crop top a favorite find of mine. i love to splurge on investment pieces every now and then, but my biggest shopping triumphs come from uncovering great pieces at places like forever 21, thrift stores or hidden within a sale rack. 

while i like to think of myself as a pretty good budget shopper, my friend sheena is tops. no one loves a deal more than this girl. she just started a lovely blog showcasing her budget prowess, so hop on over if you like getting your money's worth.
