old fashioned apple crisp

my absolute favorite dessert (well, aside from ice cream) is a fruit crisp. i've made and tested plenty of different variations, but this one from ina garten is by far the best i've ever had. the addition of orange and lemon zest/juice adds a citrusy undertone and the topping comes out perfectly sweet and crispy. i can't think of a better way to have used the last of our apples.
